Jay Brinegar is the President and Senior Consultant of InView Consulting with the responsibility for the development and implementation of various workforce development programs for all levels of employees within an organization. Jay has a background in sales training, coaching and employee development programs. Today, his experience and background is allowing him to focus on helping people better understand themselves and the people they work with in order to build cohesive teams that are more productive and efficient.
Jay has over 35 years of success in sales and executive sales leadership in the capital equipment and business services industries, with over 9 years as Branch Manager and Vice President of Sales.
Along with his strong work ethic and commitment to a team’s overall success, Jay is known for building top performing sales teams through strategic planning and business development initiatives producing consistent year over year sales growth and turning around under performing sales teams.
Jay has served on the Board of Directors of various community organizations including Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International, Area Christian Television, Hendricks County 4H, President of Indiana 4H Area 6, President of Indy Honda Riders Association and various food pantry organizations. Jay has been a speaker at multiple national and international meetings.
Jay lives in Branson, MO with his wife of 36 years and they have two daughters. Jay and his wife are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy riding motorcycles, playing golf, fishing and working with their horses.
Patti Brinegar is the Vice President of InView Consulting and is responsible for market research, behavioral study analysis and workforce training and facilitation programs for all levels within an organization.
Patti has over 25 years of experience in accounting, payroll and Human Resource Management. As a Certified Trainer by John Wiley and Sons, Inc, Patti oversees all workforce development facilitation training engagements provided by InView Consulting.
Patti is a member of SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Managers. She was responsible for initiating a food and personal hygiene products project for the military in IRAQ and is currently working with her husband on programs to assist employers of veterans to better integrate them into the workforce after their military service ends.
Patti and her husband Jay were married in 1980 and live in Branson MO. They have two daughters. She is an accomplished equestrian trainer and rider having won many awards on various show circuits. She is currently competing in the American Paint Horse Association circuit on both state and national levels. Patti also enjoys motorcycle riding with her husband and many other outdoor activities.
